I think the quake here in California on the southern end of the San Andreas fault is going to happen sooner than we think. I'm guessing within five years at most. There has been an increase in smaller quakes in the area over the last several years.

Y'know right that russia has a HAARP facility too?i think quite a few places do.Been looking into it alot,notcertain its a weapon but it definately hasthe potential tobe,the project being based on the plans for such a weapn,but no concrete evidence to say its being used as such,nothing yet anyway.And the clouds beforethe quake are cloud iridescence,a common phenomena.I definately consider it something tokeep an eye on andcontinue toinvestigate.
