  • Wow...well done, thank you very much. I am going to show this video to my students to help recap!

  • That's great! You will have to let me know how they like it :)

  • this really helped thnx

  • Very glad :)

  • thanks. helped! :)

  • I used several songs in this clip, the first one being TAPS. I think the second one was from Blackhawk Down or something like that. I list them all at the end of the video, if you watch it the entire way through.

  • what is the name of the song that goes with this clip ?

  • Very nice. Thanks. You write that Henry's mother is not very important. Try reading it from a Freudian viewpoint. In Henry's only memory of his mother, what's she doing? When Henry acts on his fear (survival instinct) he longs to be safe with his mother. When he "overcomes" his fear what does he cling to? So we can say that object has replaced his mother - he has "married" it. Is this healthy?

  • THANKS MAN HELPED A LOT

  • Thanks for the comment! As the video putter-together, I really didn't have a say on content, and since I never read the book, I had no clue if someone was left out. :D

  • you forgot about the tattered man, the helpful soldier (who showed Henry the way back to camp), and the Union general who called the soldiers 'mule drivers' and 'mud diggers,' other than that i thought your presentation was very good. "a jim-dandy job"
