Normal big succesful companies are not pyramid schemes because everyone makes money! Maybe the guy at the bottom makes $10/hr, but he's making gauranteed money! In FHTM you have to first fork out money in the hopes of making money, no one can gaurantee that you will be able to sell anything. And since there are already a couple 100,000 sales reps in North America, it will be very difficult to sell anything! But you don't find that out until after you sign up!!!

What a shocker. As of February 2011 Ms. Hammerschmidt is no longer listed as the FHTM General Counsel, or an attorney associated with FHTM, according to their own website.
The bigger shock was finding out she was only a special assistant in Department of Justice and not a Deputy or Assistant AG.
Go to ABC news exposes FHTM on youtube!!! Your right its not illegal but it should be!! I was involved and I had to get 3 suckers in to get my money back!! So unless your willing to mislead people, go to ra ra meetings ect and be that guy who everyone runs when they see you comming cause you got a GREAT OPPORTUNITY for them. Dont get involved!!!!!!

A pyramid scheme is where the majority of your income comes from recruitment of other people instead of sales. You charge the new recruits an initial fee and an annual fee and funnel that money back up to someone higher, giving the illusion that they made money off the recruitment. Then the company acts as the middle man between the service provider and the customer. Providing money for the top.
