@foroeste1 I would say the rent is quite decent, nothing too expensive anyway.
The weather is also much warmer than you would probably expect from our altitude, it's usually fairly hot from June to September (25-30°C is pretty common) and the winters last between around November to Mars and shift between mild and cold temperatures (anything between 0°C to -25°C).
One cool thing about Swedish summers is that they're extremely bright, the sun almost never sets then. =P

@BigB0ss00 I wish I knew; People say a lot of things for many reasons, but I doubt if the situation is that serious. In terms of quality of life (depending on one's definition), it's higher than many nations like USA. I notice that it's usually people from Britain that are the ones bringing this subject rather than Swedes and may not know the country well enough (even though many live there also) and make hasty opinion. Hope this helps. Best to do more research before having opinions.
