It's easier than that! I went to Scotland and walked up mountains - no internet for over a week. However, it took nearly an houe to download all the messages and illegal advert emails when I did get back. it's very difficult to do an internet fast if you spend so much time on the internet, I tried it a while back and I freaked out loads for the first 2 day's I managed to stay off the internet and freaked because I realised just how much time I spend online, then the 3rd day I freaked because my inbox would be crammed full of stuff that I'd have to go through and then the 4th day I freaked out about both at once flipped a coin and ended up stopping the fast.

Well, I mean I look at the headlines on MSN and I used to look at music blogs like kevipod before they all got deleted, but I just don't understand how people can spend hours and hours on the the internet. I'm not even talking about paperlilies, but I know of people who spend there entire lives online, and that just seems wierd to me.

alas, well do i recall life before computers, much less the internet. though i do save much time keying in a specific subject rather than scouring voloume after volume of books for a paragraph's worth of info (usually no more than idle curiousity) it does take over though.

i live in san francisco... this is a city you've got to see with someone who knows it though... otherwise you'll end up at fishermans warf and alcatraz with the loser tourists. if you come back here be sure and check out the power exchange. it's a club that i think you'd fit right in at.
