100% correct. You see it starts with a pen and then people always push it further. Stealing is wrong whether it is a pen or a pile of bank notes.

If you steal then you are a THIEF it's just about as simple as that.

If you bought 1000 pens so that you could get a discount and your staff thought wooo loads of pens so I'll steal 20 then the discount would be wiped out.

hahahaaha..but think about this...you don't get paid for the 5 to 10 minutes you clock in early, but you get docked for every minute you are late. Pens are the most unknowing taken item though. I am not talking about down right theft by the way :)

Actually, he makes a very valid point. And reminds me of my parents! Once when I was at work I took a notebook for school. They lectured me for hours on ethics, and though for years I tried to forget about the incident, this video rekindled my office paranoia!
