it is, when you beat the game completely on exterminator lvl, you unlock "Ninja Ratchet", he runs faster, has a cool costume and is using a flaming sword instead of a wrench

you have to beat (almost) the entire game to get all the cards. That means beating all the missions on exterminator, getting all the skill points and so on... So you are right, you don't need to beat the entire game. My bad...

Speaking of beating all the missions, i really hate the landsstalker target shooting missions on exterminator... I always beats them on third try with like 20 points or something (It was a lot easier when i got a friend to play co-op with me though)

a good trick to do is to get the dual vipers to level 10. then go shooting around like crazy and youll eventually end up shooting all the bolt crates. make sure u pick the challenge with all the nodes.

Im pretty sure u can get 99,999,999 but its kind of wierd. First, when u save, normally it shows how many bolts you have, but the save in the pause menu cant hold that many digits, so it will only show as 9,999,999 once u get past 10 million. second, when you are actually playing, it will tell you how many bolts you have. I have all the ratchet and clank games except tools of destruction, so if you have any more questions you know who to ask =)

you get reactor and shellshocked by getting all the weapons mega version, one of them comes easier than that but i don't remeber whitch one. ace hardlight is when u have 40,000 dreadpoints, evicerator is 100 nanotech.

also you can get vox by getting all the skill points and his pet by beating the game in exterminator difficulty.
