Hint: You dont need to wait the c.M, just delay your c.H and S as near as possible to ground and you'll never miss.

Hitting that second loop into finisher is pretty tough. Even when I hit c.m, hit decay keeps him from even landing on my attack.

one note... when you hit with cr. H, since it's a sweep, they can't recover until they hit the ground so you can actually readjust the height after the cr. H before you relaunch them or even in the intial launcher part of the combo to keep them low to the ground as possible
