I like everything except the bag itself, I'd prefer something that zips or at least buttons or snaps closed.

Also, I'd throw some food in there. Candy bars or anything dense which doesnt need cooking.

I did this too. Most of it isn't in my bug out bag, but I do have supply caches that have a lot of this stuff in it. It's a lot easier to absorb the cost of something your going to stash away and maybe never use if it cost you about the same as what you would spend buying lunch with a drink. Your not going to start a new life out in the woods with it, but if you commute, its good to have a couple places on your way that could help you get home if your stuck on foot. Thanks for your effort.

Somehow this video is like a stylized piece of art. Great lighting and music and a guy with a pirate's flag preparing for an epic SHTF scenario.

And when he pulls out the little cheap "swiss knife" and basically says this is all ya need ("sheeit"). Awesome - but not as great as the "I can survive anywhere from the Dollar Tree.....what can you do?"

Water free hand cleaner, cotton balls, plastic table cloths (for building a wind and water proof shelter), and magnifying glass are other things you can add to it. Periodically they also have metal water bottles as well. Tons of cheap things for any prepper.

too funny . I got some of my stuff from the dollar store . I also got some of those min-med kits and condensed them in one zip lock bag . I used 3 of the plastic boxes 1. fire kit 2. fishing kit . 3 . spices (salt/pepper/ cajun sparkle from PoPeyes) they all fit nice in my mess kit . I love the dollar store .
