Actually I meant to say "fret", opposed to "note". I think the bass player can figure out which finger to use, so to make it sound less complicated, just say something like: A string 4th fret, E sting 2nd fret, etc. But as I said, the video is really great, I appreciate the fact that Russ took time to share his expertise with us. Thanks for sharing Russ.

It's a great video, BUT...too bad he has to make it SO confusing by saying which finger to use. JUST TELL US WHICH NOTE! It would make it so much more understandable. (besides, he constantly trips over his own words when he tries to remember which finger to use, which makes it more confusing)
