  • His hips don't move at all while he walks/runs. When a human moves, our hips pivot with every stride. It really helps add some realism to the animation that you've obviously worked a long time on modeling.

    It might also be wise to add some bounce to his hips, and each leg should come down with a powerful force. He should also be tilted forward, to show momentum.

    His motions are also too fluid, there should be more 'snap' using the graph editor in Maya.

    Yeah I do agree it lacks realism when it walks but the model is sat up that way so it has a limitation when you animate certain movements.

    I will make something better after I complete this animation. Final shots should up soon.
