its a fun game but I really hated the controls/gameplay. The gun slides right up when you shoot compared to cs where the recoil isn't as unforgiving

If someone missed old DoD, I recommend Red Orchestra 2 which will be released next month. It is different game, however it follows path which got started by original DoD - a realistic WWII fps.

@videoww2soldier98 THIS GAME IS 10+ years old! What the hell do you expect? I loved this game when I was little. It was one of the first PC games besides CS that I played. And it's still WAYYYY better than DOD:S... that one sucks ass. Graphics don't always make a better game. I still play Natural Selection, another HL mod.
