@lilrabbit97 the difference when ur smokin cigarettes and smoking shisha is that the hookah smoke can't be kept in the mouth it goes in the throat directly but cigarettes can be kept in mouth and in a cigarette there is no hole to clear the smoke but there is a hole in the shisha thats why it gets directly inhaled just like a bong

There's this newer brand of herbal shisha called "Hydro" it's NOT in any way weed. so if that's what you're thinking when i said herbal.. it's not. anyways, I have tried the Cherry one (Red Venom) and i have to say that it is probably the best shisha i have ever smoked. On that same note it has NO TAR / TOBACCO / or Nicotine. Definitally worth the like 3 bucks for a 50g. Enjoy it. ITS AWESOME

For the most part you do .. but you ahve to be careful of the heat with this small hookah, because of the plastic parts and short size. I prefer a taller hookah. But if I had to drive 4 hours on a road trip I would consider this hookah as a travel mate.
