  • Che cazzo..

  • Very Good!! One of my favorite dishes and the way I make it according to my Mom & Grandmother. I recently learned to make it with 3 layers of pasta in a 9 x 13 pan so I overlap the pasta as I like more pasta, not as rich. Thanks, Rob

  • can i please get a plate

  • Hi Maria, your Lasagne looks wonderful. As I said on another vid, for some reason this dish seems to bring out the overly opinionated. One guy was screaming that it must have a white sauce "Thats why its called Lasagne Al Forno". I told him all that means is it is baked in the oven. I don't get people. Here is a delicious dish than most people love; whats to hate.? And to the guy who said that's not Mozzerella...it sure as hell is! Just ignore people like that, you are a great cook. Tess

  • Listen this is not Lasagna, if you like to cook, than at least follow the real recipe otherwise say you make it on your way...By the way if you would be able to cook you would be able to combine the tastes...but i can see you have no idea also about that.

LEARN HOW TO COOK AND THAN MAKE VIDEOS

  • rock and roll.

  • Looks tasty man...... Going to try and makes some weekend

  • Your recipe looks wonderful. But I had to go back twice to be sure that you added the onion and garlic to your cheese mixture and not to the ground beef. I think I would change that around since I like to serve extra sauce on the side and I'd like that sauce to have the onion and garlic flavor in it. Your video was very good, very informative.

  • is this lasagna al forno?

  • fake lasagne.. from italy.. ciao

  • Did you cook the tomato sauce from raw, fresh tomatoes or canned tomatoes? It sounds like you started with fresh tomatoes. That's what I like to do. Thanks for the video.

  • Everyone makes lasagna differently and each one has its own great taste. I, myself, make small little meatballs (about 500) and layer those instead of meat sauce and i use a "white" and "red" sauce, with lots of grated mozzarella and romano cheese, and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top at the end. Bona Petit

  • Mine actually does not call for Ricotta, but rather Parmegiana.

  • nice video , but how do you keep the lasanga from falling apart once you cut it , like they do in the italian restaurants?

  • this is just like making a cheesburger using icecream and beans. Just say you have invented a recipe, but please don't call it lasagne. It has nothing to do with it.

  • Awful. This is not a lasagna. Where's the besciamella? Where's the fresh tomato sauce? Just gross...

  • Haters will alwais hate.

I love watching your vids. I never cook any of the stuff you make (I eat low fat >.>;) but I alwais learn from how you make your recipes.

  • AMMAZZATE STA SCEMA....

  • @amenano60 HAI RAGIONE QUESTI AMERICANI NON SANO UN CAVOLO CHE SCHIFO LASAGNA CON RICCOTA

  • Comment removed

  • oddio! che è sta cosa? siamo fuori?

  • i want to make the real thing, traditional lasagne, does any1 know the perfect easy video, with correct ingredigents, lol

  • mangicake

  • First time I hear about a "classic ricotta and mozzarella cheese filling" for Lasagne. If people would add something like "my personal version of Lasagne (or whatever)" they would probably get less critics by original -recipes-purists.

  • If you love to cook, why are you making a lasagna like this?

  • eek

  • you are an idiot

  • This is not lasagne!

  • Excellent American Recipe.... But Italian Lasagne are different. South of Italy...most of times use Ricotta, in the North mostly Besciamella Sauce, and more ground meat (sausage sometimes!). One thing is common: Tomatoes are not only in paste but also fresh and in chunks.... Pasta is cooked in water that has 1/3 of beef broth..so gets tastier...and in Italy, It's never served with garlic bread...Le Lasagne sono il Primo piatto! Come to Italy..you' ll taste the difference!

  • Noooooo! Oh my god! She's Crazy!

  • I know she means well, She loves to cook, and that is a DYING art in America.but I feel that this is an "Americanised version. God love her.

  • Classic southern italian lasagna is meatless, cheeses only. Ground beef is for the meat loving American palate.

  • yo dude...this is not ORIGINAL LASAGNA.....improuve maibe....to much stuff in that..

  • true

  • what the hell is that?!

    oh my god

i shivered when i looked at this video....

  • no ma dai, che lasagna e questa...????

  • I shivered at her knife skills. I also never knew vidalia onions were available in Italy

  • this is not lasagna. in italy lasagna is with ragu alla bolognese and besciamella .

besciamella is not ricotta, it is made with milk

  • ...ricotta cheese in lasagne!!!???

  • yea it taste great ! you got to try it :)

  • 'o-ray-ga-no'!!! 'noodles'!!! this isn't a traditional lasagna. it looks a bit of a mess at the end. sure it tastes ok though not my cup of tea.

  • it's true we use the besciamella, that is one of the main ingredient of Lasagna...i wasn't rude when i said that, just express my thought=)

  • ilovetocookalot. Thanks sweetheart your all heart! Some guys appreciate the time you took to show us a little magic in the kitchen.. I bet you got all the family beating on your door on sundays asking for more. So the rest of you guys lay off her. Thank you and remember guys dont say something your mother would slap you for!

  • what is it with people putting egg in lasagna? I love many different lasagna recipes but i still dont get the egg...

  • I find that it changes the texture of the Ricotta, and makes it easier to work with.

  • i don't think it is lasagna...

    from an italian

  • just because youre an italian doesnt mean you know how to cook

  • this is an amazing dish.I love the fact that you add more spices to your dish then simply sauce, ricota, ready pasta...

    thanks for posting this

  • Hey body builder buttmonkey - shove it - this woman knows her shit

  • oh my god....nice try, but where is the bechamel??....

my grandmother will have a heart failure if she sees this!!!..

btw cooking it's amazing and it's good you have this passion...

go on and search for some real recipes and don't forget that ingredients are the most important things, if they're not supreme quality don't even start...

    greetings from italy

  • i like my lasagna to look like a brick when it is plated up not like a plate of soup

  • ok - but this is my take on it, and it tastes great

  • it doesn't you mix wrong ingridients

  • Well than you have the the mouth of a cow if you dont understand the tastes and you pretend to cook... I see you are not even able to combine the products!!! LEARN FIRST

  • @yukluk I completely agree with you man.

  • Your measurements were surely reliable! This is the third time I've made it. It also worked well, here in Tokyo, with canned white sauce instead of ricotta cheese. Thank you again for your great tips!

  • parlanze italiane??a me pare na finokkia!!!aaa nando!!
