  • this gurdwara sahib is actually the most well designed gurdwara in foreign countries.

it has been my plessure seeing such a great success in dubai ...

until now i had nt seen a gurdwara like this.

may god bless the person who decorated and the sangat . they all have done a great job to promote sikhism

  • Thanx Muslims to give us so much respect..........

  • Also, you need to learn about other religions and understand before you speak, haters like you who divide and call leaders Munafiq, should first buy an ISLAMIC Dictionary, and use the correct words, a straight disgrace to the religion, as well as Mankind in general with your pathetic viewpoint.

  • ritzer1982 - U basically are one of those psychotic maniacs that we have in todays world who not only spoil the religion but are a disgrace to it and the country you come from. The Quran clearly tells every1 to respect and treat others as equal if they don't follow your religion and draw your sword only if they do so, which means in defence are you only allowed to go against people, now haters are narrow minded people like you should not only be taught to read the Quran, but also Understand it.

  • thanks ...................

  • amazing waheguru

  • We Muslims have no problem as long as they are worshiping one God. I just hope that they don't worship any sort of idol or image there.

  • already has it

  • ya it going to finish very soon.within couple of month

  • is it opened now

  • when will this be built??

  • Respond to this video...

well done nice vid and thnx to everyone invovled in the making of the gurdwara.

  • the plans for this guruwara were scrapped. there will be no sick guruwara in dubai.

  • A couple comments. What's with the double sound track?

And it says scheduled for completion in 2009. It is now 2010. Has it been completed? Also, the nishan sahib should be much higher. Or is there some law in Dubai that prevents that?

Otherwise, it's perfectly beautiful and while I am, in general, opposed to fancy gurudwaras, this is needed to fit in in Dubai.

  • "Most Happening City in the World"?? --Think Tokyo, New York and London.

  • Awesome ! Is it really going to happen , has it started.

  • what's nxt? a cathedral??? i'm not opposed to it but it is not beautiful(the design)... they should re-evaluate the design... AND THE DOME SHOULD BE BIG AND VISIBLE FROM MILES AND MILES AWAY!!!

  • the dome needs to be big! REALLY BIG!!!!

  • amazing.. It will definitely bring more happiness and peace to dubai.. many thanx to sheikh mohammed bin khalifa al maktoum...

  • wahi gur khalsa.wahi guru ki fateh.i am muslim and Syedzada, this how we can live to gether...with tolerence and harmony :) peace

  • we are all brothers

  • and people say muslims have no tolerance...

Eighteen hundred rotis an hour! now that is impressive :D

  • WJKK WJKF. Thankyou to dubai for giving this opputunerty, my up most respect. just a small message GURU NANAK DEV JI taught that everyone is equal and there is only one almighty god. WJKKWJKF

  • FYI

WAHEGURU is just one word, not two. Plz be kind enough to change that typo in the video!!!!

    Thank you. :)

  • i hope the committee that runs the gurudhwara after its built are better than the ones we have here in toronto

  • @noobkamal Yeah, lets hope so :)

  • Thanks to Dubai Muslims........

  • @japucsf Yeah. We need more people to get together like this in more places around the world.

  • wonderful news,

    great and genius architecture

    i would love to visit

  • Dhan Guru Nanak.Waheguru Satnam.

  • thank you dubai...!!!

  • Wonderful news! Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the Founder of Sikhism visited Mecca. Alas, sikhs are no longer allowed to visit that holy shrine. This Gurudwara Sahib is a first small step in making this world a common resource of Mother Nature.
