West Virgina recruits for a none pro system. THeir running backs are pretty small. Look how much Reggie Bushs speed has been neutrualized. Schmidt will be the best pro from that team. How well did Avon COubore do? Good college backs though.

Bobby Lackey is the best all around player to come out of Weslaco High. He went to the NFL and was an All american in college. Mishak Rivas is a different breed of backs. He's has dozens of Div. I scouts like UT, A&M, Notre Dame, etc. after his ass. I heard from some fans he wants to go to UT. I bet he will be the next Benson there.
As far as i know it, his brother was as good as him....fine athlete, he got endorced and what not. The only thing was once he went to college he partied alot and eventually it led to him losing his football career. The last time i saw mishak's brother (forgot his name) he was waiting tables at chili's in weslaco.
But im hoping he makes it all work out. After all when we played that game against Madison.....we say their that the boys upstate were just as fast. Unlike down in the valley they caught up to him over and over again.

Mishak ran a 4.3 at the UT camp at Austin this summer and was the fastest player there. He placed fourth at the state meet in the 400m.
