    No.

    Only if you go below 20 minutes during low intensity training does it mainly burn calores. BUT if you go, beyond 20 minutes on low intensity training, it burns fat.

    Under 20 minutes with high intensity training, also burns fat, and not mainly calories. So no, cardio burns fat.

    I've been looking up information on this subject, but they haven't told me anything but what you're supposed to do to boost metabolism. That you for explaining how these methods work.
