I call the SNES version "Vampire's Kiss" and the PC Engine (and canon) version "Rondo of Blood"

Both Rondo Of Blood, Vampire's Kiss, and Symphony Of The Night make up "The Dracula X Chronicles but only RoB and SotN are canon. VK was only made b/c RoB was incompatible with what the SNES could handle.

The games name is actually "Castlevania Dracula X" It had two games in two different versions and ports:

Castlevania: Dracula X- SNES

Castlevania: Rondo of blood -Turbografx(Japanese)

I dont know the vampire's kiss version they say that it is the japanese version of Dracula X SNES i believe. Hope this helps

@adjlfan There are 3 versions of this game. Dracula X for TG16 Super CD rom also called Rondo of Blood. Released in 95, then Vampires Kiss, which is the SNES version of the US Dracula X but in Europe. The Europe and SNES versions are the same game with a different name. The TG16 version is the one ported to the PSP recently.
