  • This drill can also be done without the wall just use a kick ball the elasticated training ball available from me look at the video of one of my teams practicing also excellent for Golakeepers just kick & save

  • the advantage of the floor is the bounce you get. You have to control the weight of the kick. concentrate on the technique, hit thru the back of the ball with the instep; heel up and toe pointed down. We are in a racquetball court here. The main thing is to find a wall to kick off of, hopefully with a decent surface.

  • does training in the floor makes a difference than training on grass if i aim to be a soccer player (grass field)? thanks in advance

  • This realli works - i was doing it earlier today. Felt like my first touch became much better and much more consistent 3:32 - 4:12

  • the ball is a a size 5 soccer ball covered with the tennis ball felt so it minimizes the damage of a soccer ball. It is not quite the weight of an official ball but close.

  • doesn't sound like a soccer ball :S

  • thats a soccer ball

  • what kind a balll is that i would apreciate it if you messaged me back on what type of ball it might be ... sir thank you very much
