My best friend's family lives off of food bank food, cause they live with their mom who has severe brain damage and makes no income cause she can't work, and the food is actually really good. It's kind of funny, though, cause our school was doing a food drive for the food bank and she donated stuff.... it didn't make sense to be honest, but it was nice of her. :]

Great video. Out of lots of P4A videos I've seen Elmify was one of the few that did something beyond state the charity and move on. When donating food to a shelter you should remember to buy generic. The shelter doesn't care about name brand and you can get a heck of a lot more food.

Usually at this time of year grocery stores, schools and other stores, usually have boxes for local food banks. At least where I live I see them. It's so easy, even if you have non-persihable foods you can give that. :)
