It is but just my first day of my second week thus far, can you provide any more guidelines?

I went and bought 50inchvertical. com for my own 16 year old son with the hope to acquire a fantastic practice system for him. It has done alot more than just kept him fit, it actually has supplied him a whole lot more self confidence. He takes pleasure in being able to show his classmates and friends how much higher he can leap and his basketball skills has boosted significantly that he is now the top player in the school squad. I seriously suggest it if you play bball.
