lol....all west indian parade/ caribana/ carnival is, is celebrating AFRO caribbean culture...the dance/beats/music was passed down from slaves in the caribbean.....so if u are jus Black American it's fine cause we all one, and if u're not black at all, feel free to celebrate our heritage n roots with us!<3
