I have been to germany once but never saw this little guy,,,but the story I have herd is this centurys ago a small village in germany was being gutted by fire everyone was doing what they could to help save there town,,one small little boy wanted to do his part to help save his town too,,so he went to a small portian of the fire and dropped his pants,and with the only little hose he had peed into the fire,,the people never forgot that
