This is incredible. So I have a four year old next door. I am a multi instrument player. Classical Piano, Classical guitar, Ukulele, and I am going to take trumpet and violin lessons this fall. So how do I go about a 4 year old teaching them the ukulele?
@AngelikavonDeutschla I am a multi-instrumentalist as well with special focus on the ukulele lately. I would recommend starting your neighbour on a soprano ukulele of course (for their little fingers) and start with strumming technique before you go into teaching them chords (starting with simple chords like C, Am, C7, G, D, etc.) I am in the process of developing a method for teaching young children ukulele if you have any further questions or if I didn't answer your question adequately.
@rynlim92, haha yea I totally agree! This never occurred to me before, but now I think that learning piano at such a young age is probably much better for the child's speed talent to develop simply because if their hands are not big enough to reach all the notes without moving, then they have to jump from octave to octave and then when they get older and learn faster pieces, they'll already be in the habit of moving fast because that's what they had to do as a child...srry 2 rant...haha
What's up with that LaserPoint at 0:56 ? Parents rdy 4 HS if he doesn't achiev a first try?!? Just kiddin' ....anyway the boy is pretty cool, hope he can keep the fun in it!
