@SheranSimo Good news! We have Opioid Equivalents for the iPhone app as well. This can be found in the in the Tables portion of Epocrates. Below are some instructions on how to get there for you ----

1. Open Epcorates on your device.

2. Be sure that the magnifying glass icon in the search bar is set to "All" or "Tables (Tbl)."

3. Touch the search bar to open the on-screen keyboard, and enter "opiod eq."

4. Select "Analgesics: Opioid Equivalents" from the list on screen.

Will this system be compatible back to IOS 3.2 which is as far as my 1st generation ipod will take me?

@atomplug10 Yes, it will work on 3.1.2 and later devices, your 1st generation iPod touch should be fine with iOS 3.2.
