how come b4 i used 2 hve an att router & i could access the internet on my ipod, but then i bought this one and now i can't. did i do something wrong? please help
im trying to hook up my wireless router up with this modem and i have the modem working by itself and when i hook it up to the router the way im told nothing on it works... it shows all the lights showing connectivity on it and the router but it wont work... and the router i have is a linksys a 54 mbs with speedboost or WRT54GS i think... but if i could get help that would be great
The DSL service has to be activated on or after the date you set up the modem,if it is not the DSL light will only blink.If this is the case contact customer service to find out if there is a technical issue.

every time i plug the phone cord into the wall then into the modem it blinks and it wont connect to the internet why dose the dsl light blink

@sheppard56omega No,They should be on the welcome letter from the DSL provider. The modem is assigned to your account.
