because there "unpaintable" and its fucking dumb. so you do the glitch and while your sitting still the inside of the wheel will be the color you chose and the chrome lip will be there, but when your driving the whole wheel changes to your color of choice. the chrome lip stays for action photos tho so its win win.

To anyone who thinks this is fake the reason they change is because the color set for the rims is gold and the rims he chose are "unpaintable" just like all the chrome wheels are. so when he is sitting still it shows the default rim color and then when he drives it turns to the color he wanted. all you have to do is select "paintable" rims, make them the color you want the change to be and then just swap the rims to the "unpaintable" ones of your choice. I do this with the rota chrome lip wheels

You have painted your old rims gold, then switched to a pair that isnt paintable. Switch rims again, and you will see this solved.
