@taramisuu They have an acid on the string that slowly eats at it and releases the bags spaced out. They do this with Gospel tracts as well. Look up voice of martyrs.

I don't have a problem with dictatorships, but the fact that the North is afraid of a few leaflets speaks volumes about what is going on.

If they are running a healthy, fair government FOR THE PEOPLE, they should have nothing to fear.
