The thing i like about V for Vendetta is that it reflects modern day society. Corruption of Government is the thing it reflects best in which most peope think we live in a free society is a lie which it is. The only difference between our Government is that the American Government isn't allowed to publicly kill.

In the comics he planned everything upto this, he wanted to die, hence the flimsy body armor, he didn't belong in the better world, he just destroyed the corrupt old one to make way for the new. Fight scenes are better in the movie though, and for my money Alan Moore was wrong the movie was great!

the guns they used in this film are worse.......there is already bullets that can break through this steel plate......

@pianopiko aside from Creedy, the cops were using weapons that fire 9mm rounds which cannot penetrate steel plate. They were firing Beretta 9mm and H&K MP5's. The bullets that killed V were from Creedy's .357.

but u havent seen the end of this film..........after this scene this guy is actually hit by bullets and dies afterwards......the steel sheet opposes the bullet to some extent only.....
