  • and did u get an antifouler for the o2 bung? do you like the setup

  • did you have any trouble with fitment on the godspeed downpipe?

  • sounds great. and its 3". did it come with a o2 bung? or did you have to weld it in?

  • @bigpunn421 Yeah it comes with the o2 bung. But you have to buy spark plug antifoulers (either 1, or 2 to be safe... mine has 2), thread them into the bung, and then thread the o2 sensor into that. It pulls the o2 out of the mainstream of the exhaust, so it wont trip the CEL

  • @teamcrackitracing nice tip. i always thought the ecu needed to read the sensor.

and do you have ifo on bypassig the uppipe cat and dp cat on a 05 saabaru 92x? i hear you have to add a resistor? but idk what for or why

  • @bigpunn421 Well, a 9-2x is the same thing as a wrx but with saab badging. If you're going to bypass the downpipe cat, do the antifouler thing i mentioned. When bypassing the uppipe cat, just take out the cat- there is no o2 sensor in the uppipe. There is an EGT sensor. Guys say you can do one o two things- either break off the egt sensor tip, and eave the probe in, or put a resistor in where the upper egt sensor connects to the harness.

  • @bigpunn421 I just went catless uppipe last week though, and didn't do either and I haven't had a CEL problem. Once you get a stage 2 tune, the ecu doesn't even read from the rear o2 sensor anymore, so you don't need the antifouler if you're going to do it all at once.

  • @bigpunn421 Yeah the downpipe came with the o2 bung. Most of them don't because when you tune the ecu you can just delete the reading from the rear sensor.

  • Sounds nice man. I have a stock 03 WRB bugeye. Thinking about the m2 Turbo Back Exhaust system.

  • @illestDUBSTEP Its not a bad alternative to other systems out there today. Its a bit quiet until you step on it, but it sounds great once it opens up- one of the best exhaust setups ive ever heard from a subie outside the car- not obnoxious or annoying, and it doesnt have any annoying in vehicle excess noise.
