  • @ those recent trolls. My grandfather was among those who died on HMS Hood, fighting so that you could have the freedom to be as childish as you wish. So, knock yer socks off, and pray you never find yourself in such a situation.

R.I.P. all those on board, and have thoughts for the hundreds of families who got the dreaded war office telegrams, and to at least one widow who never married again, such was the pain.

  • @drakenwulf Rule Britannia no more. The lion has been defanged, except for nuclear weapons the uk is a third or fourth rate power, as for the HMS wood, fuck em. let em burn in hell with Churchill. your granpa too.

  • my grandpa was a Royal Marine in WW2, & lost mates on the Hood. I think he was happy to serve on HMS Cumberland, one of the cruisers that helped sink the Bismarck.

  • @SlaineOz stupid English never could or ever will know truth never passes a English lip

  • @zzzippo55 Yeah sure, what do you know? Judging by your lack of English language skills - obviously not much!

  • @zzzippo55 That's BS. There are many good men & women in England or of English background - despite the ruthlessness & greed (& yes, deception) of many of the upper class.

  • @SlaineOz fine

  • @SlaineOz fine

  • The Bismark was scuttled by it's own crew.

  • @49bobbyk That's a hotly contested point of history. Some think it was a British torpedo, but a scuttling is probably just as likely given the chaos of battle.

  • @49bobbyk it wasnt mate, bismarck got finished off with torpedoes fired by the dorchester, crew was to busy tryin to save there own lives, only 150 survived out of a 2000 crew

  • @keanoman1000 your so stupid

  • @zzzippo55 compared to morons like you im a fuckin genius, wanker

  • @49bobbyk finally truth and brain cell activity

  • My dad had two uncles on it.

  • My grandmother lost three of her brothers on HMS Hood (the fourth was killed at Monte Casino). As others have said all sides were professional warriors doing their job, but on a personal level I'm glad the RN put those responsible in Davey Jones' locker.

  • @MrCromwellsGhost They didnt.. The Crew of the Bismarck sunk the Bismarck

  • Comment removed

  • Er, no, they didn't. HMS Devonshire finished her with torpedoes after several battleships (including the Rodney) had battered her stupid. Just check a history book mate.

  • @MrCromwellsGhost When they Dove on the Bismarck wreck only 6 shells penetrated the Armour, and there was no proof of the torpedo sinking it. They came to the conclusion that the Crew had to have blow the ship up. Its just a case of "Oh I was the last one to shoot the Bismarck so i must have sunk it"

  • @GoodSmackUp the ship was already sinking when any scuttle order was given. So say the survivors of Bismark's crew. So why was it sinking?

  • @MrCromwellsGhost

lol maybe you need to re-check the history books if you think HMS Devonshire fired the last torpedoes into Bismarck ;)

  • @MrCromwellsGhost What was the family name just out of interest.

  • anyway...ı hope all those people those lost their lifes are in heaven..they just did their duty..all they were ordinary people like us...I respect to all..that was to happen :(

  • well i think you mean that the BisMarck Sank The Brittish HMS. Hood......Cause thats what happened in history but then yes the BisMarck did get taken out but let us remember these people that died as they were just doing their jobs....

  • He's just saying that the Brit's sunk the MOFO !!!!! now back to more non-stop music !!!!

  • My Friend is german so i made a sound recording of this vid and sent him it and this is what he said:

The high command of the Wehrmacht announces:

One in the Atlantik operating navy armada, under command of fleet chief admiral Lütjens, engaged in the winnegat ( winnewhat I cannot understand this fcking word) around Iceland heavy english sea fighting forces. The battleship Bismarck had hereby an English battle.
