hey all.. katie here. Odd how this version made it onto YouTube. Correct - doesn't sound very good, as was recorded in one take, with one mic, in a tour bus - just messing around. We were on tour together, and bored. The band liked it enough, that we did do the re-record, not on a bus - version of which is on iTunes now as part of Be Human Bonus version. so yeah, that new one's better.

If its katie on the album then yeah it's a pretty epic version, better than the original i think. The one on "One Day Son This Will All Be Yours" was a bit too heavy on the "clubby" sound, but was still good. The acoustic version on "Be Human" was actually epic. And it made decyphering the tab a hell of a lot easier. Good work regardless Katie P x

Her voice is alright here, but much better on the album (if it's the same girl?) What she needs to do is stop trying to compete with Charlie, which is what is suggested here, and just use her natural voice.

All that said, in the guitar parts leading up to her first part, there are hints of a Beautiful South song I can't remember the title of, heh.
