They may have slept together in the hole in the heart ep but there was a whole month between that ep and the change in the game so bones and booth might of had a relationship in that month. If that makes sense. :)
@adridurbs She slept with Booth in "The Hole in the Heart" episode....but it wasn't confirmed that it actually happened until the season finale when she told Booth she was pregnant with his baby.
