That accordion looks similar to an italian design :D
I used to have a Settimio Soprani accordion which was a standard 120 bass piano accordion. I Sold it to pay for a new one but couldn't find a suitable replacement at the time so i'm still looking.
the black keys are fake, hehe. This "system" or layout was an idea who rose because accordionist who played the chromatic accordion hardly could get a job because the piano accordion was so popular. The result was chromatic accordions with buttons and pianokeys. Some accordions has functinal "piano keys", and others like mine have not. The specific name of the layout on the accordion of mine are, Falso Piano.
