Hell yeah thats bad ass that MN still keeps a somewhat-of-a-link to Norway.. especially seeing that many of us born/living in Minnesota have at least some Norwegian ancestors... I know my last name is Norwegian.. I'm proud of it too - Norway is bad ass.. I also believe that Norway is the ONLY country to pay pack the USA for WWII...(i read that somewhere online)

Ive always heard about the Norwegians coming over to train with us but I was never around when it happened. :( would have been interesting to meet them, as much of my family came from Norway.

1. We also use the haubitzer.

2. The Leopard 2 have more firepower than the M1A1.

the US is only jealous of the norwegian standard-weapons compared to their plastic-guns XD (the norwegian one use 7.62 rounds, the same as in the american bolt-action sniper-rifles, the american bullets are pin-heads in comparison XD )

I can't understand why you would call HM Ungdom for "Norwegian troops" or in anyway compare them to military personnel. They're just kids with fancy, outdated uniforms who learn nothing combat-involved.

Nor can I understand why you would brag about showing the naive, awestruck Norwegians the fantastic firepower of an near-obsolete model of the m109. Even in Norway they can see a newer, more powerful model, the A3GN.

This is almost like black propaganda. Scary, really...

"Show" us the awe-struck Norwegians your fantastic powers from a M109 A1 155m self-propelled howitzer? As a former Norwegian artillerist I find it somewhat condescending the way this was portrayed. They don't have to go all the way to the US to see an outdated howitzer. In Norway they can even witness the firepower of an A3GN! This is black propaganda.
