@wsl2005777 Why would you post something to all of the world without just doing a simple Google search first? Lambo does use a V12 in their flagship car, the Mercialago, but they use a V10 in their baby lambo, the Audi R8's brother, the Gallardo (which is what's in this video).

weigth has not that much of influence when u go so fast, during the acceleration the lambo kept the pace despite u see it loses time shifting...plus bmw is higher and this gives and advantage at high speed cos the air flows underneath it, the aerodynamic is better in the lambo, it improves handling but in this case it is just resistance

Weight plays a minor role here. The fact is that stock vs. stock both these cars are equally fast to the 1/4 mile (12.4s) mainly because the M5 has better gear ratios and because the Gallardo is AWD which means that its 500Hp are divided onto 4 wheels instead of just two, which helps acceleration from 0 but hurts speed at top end, so the extra 60 HP is more than enough for it to whoop it.

Why not? The M5 isn't stock, with the right amount of money and mods you can tune that car to be pretty damn quick in a straight line. Besides if i'm not mistaken this is a pre '05 Gallardo which means it doesn't have the HP upgrade and the gearing is different.
