@flipper82a Your comment is very misguided. What do you suggest we do? Not have an NTSB? Maybe just say "phew lucky" after each incident that does not result in fatality? It is very important to look at each incident with a sober mind. Very valuable information is gathered from each investigation and this serves to prevent accidents in the future.
