@dcureman123 your kidding right? no real workout consists of riding the bike while staring at a tv screen. its about working ur butt off lifting heavy, ur training partners screaming their heads off at u while ur attempting ur max, and not being afraid to get in that cage and actually putting ur leg muscles through hell instead of driftin your legs in a circular motion. no, strength does not equal cardio and stamina. if u ever do complete a marathon, post a video of ur max squat attempt. pussy.

that gym doesnt look too promising. I go to golds and went to ballys before, they have t.v.s to keep you entertained, way better cardio equiptment, i mean common i didnt even see a single eptical bike. you cant spell strenght without cardio and good stretching and you cant get those if working out is totally boring. Watch the news or a sitcom, work the bike, do some stretching, take a breather in the sauna, thats what i call a workout. Keep you fighting fit.
@lpspartan60 absolutely not, this is 2010 last time i checked, am i a caveman? no i am not. I need mental stimulation as well as physical, any fitness professional will agree. Moving around a bunch of heavy stuff isnt where strenght comes from, it comes from relaxing your brain and letting your muscles slowly work. exercises like hitting a stationary bike, or some streching, or maybe some pulley system work, watch a lil tv to relax your fibers, and let the beast be unleashed.
@dcureman123 ? did u seriously just say that? ummmmmmmmm ok this is uncomfortable. lol u cant spell "strenght without cardio" its strength not "strenght" first of all, plus i bet u cud do all the cardio u want n i bet i cud squat more than u n im only in HS
@Jerky460 oh my goodness a typo on my part, gosh that really proves your point. Should i point out that the word is could not cud?. I am a cardio animal and out of three compound lifts i am confident i will beat the average man. I am 6'7 350 pounds, tell me your height and weight and we can compare stats, how about bench squat and deadlift? not just weight but reps because like i said cardio and stamina = strenght. pussy
@dcureman123 lol i would be concernd if u where not abl to lift more thn me like i said 1st of all im only in HS n 2nd of all im only 5'7" n 150lbs, congrats u can lift well for ur weight, thats if u really are that big and not just tryin to sound like u are
@Jerky460 i am a fairly big man, but thats not the topic of conversation here, you said that because i do alot of cardiovascular work that i cannot perform compound lifts. I can. I perform them quite well. I am sure you can lift a decent amount as well, but trust me working on cardio and stamina will increase your repititions and therefore your strenght.
