Thank you! You've confirmed what i have just started to suspect is my life-long problem also. I think I'm on my way to a better life. What a shame that so many will go on suffering without this vital information.
I've been trying for years to find a solution to my health problems. I've spent $1000s (Aus) on doctors, naturopaths, dieticians, specialists etc. They all seem to have negative opinions on each other and don't agree! I finally took the matter into my own hands (which has been discouraged from a number of doctors, etc.) to do an $800 food intolerance test in which my blood has to be sent from Australia to Germany. I can't wait for the results!!!!
I have both IBS and Celiac disease (sensitivity to gluten) and I have over the years adopted a very restricted diet. I refrain from ANY kind of meat except shrimp. I do not use oil for cooking. No dairy product (not even yogurt). No caffeine containing stuff (coffee and tea). No food item that has more than minimal fat. No food that contains wheat (bread, pasta, soy sauce). No food that contains high amount of sugar(fruits, etc.). The list goes on ...!! I will do anything to fight IBS andCeliac
Thanks for this video! I have suffered from it since 6th grade. I hate it. Doctors kept telling my parents it was only in my head :( I am on Atkins and it has helped a lot. Refined sugars are bad trigger for me.
I can't bear doctors that are lazy. I had some stomach problems a few years ago and I had to go to my GP 3/4 times before they would send me for a blood test and an ultrasound. Only because I persisted did I find out I had a stomach infection.
It's good to hear that you found out what was affecting you. :)
£230 to be get told i cant go in Costa anymore. i think i'll carry on with the bloating. lol. no but seriously, good for you. ive had a bad tum since i can remember. i think im just used to being in pain now.
