(presumably because it was now unnecessary and becoming harmful). So not only did they violate Gods statute that sex was between a husband and wife, but they effectively raped their dad as well. Yes, we are born naked...but the Bible is pretty specific about how we are to present our bodies...with modesty. Yes, but they're telling Satan that that means war...and that God WILL be victorious. I don't take it as mocking Satan...just stating the facts...the victory's secure...God's victory. It also states that Satan thought he won when Jesus was crucified. Well, we all, as Christians, know that Satan didn't win with that...that God will ultimately win, no matter WHAT Satan thinks or does.

It still doesn't matter. The song converses with Satan. No where in the Bible are Christians told to speak to Satan. The only thing that we are commissioned to do is to exorcise demons and Satan. That means we yell at demons to get away from a person or place. The Bible doesn't say we should sit down and have a nice conversation. And, we don't have to remind Satan he loses in the end because he already knows that so, what's the point? Add prideful boasting, and you have an ill-conceived song.

Is sex a natural act? the answer of course is yes our species would die without it. if it is a natural act then god created sex. and since man was made in the image of god and angels then that makes them sexual beings themselves.

No. Man was not made in the image of angels. Furthermore angels did sin. That is what the fall was. Demons are the fallen angels and every single demon sins. Man wears clothes because when Eve ate the fruit she got embarassed and hid from God. Then they were kicked out of Eden and made clothes. God is not a sexual being. He is neither Male nor Female. @Fyral OOOOOH. You misunderstand what God meant when he said that He created us in the image of Himself and the angels. We are moral, freethinking (some of us anyways ;) and free willed. God is only ever anthropomorphized as having human attributes. Else-wise we couldnt relate to his actions. God is not a sexual being. The angels are. Genesis even speaks of the sons of God going down to the daughters of man and having children with them. But I didnt find the images appopriate for the age reason.

Fornication is a big deal, it is sin and it sends people to hell forever. A rebuke was in order here. Taking a song that is singing about spiritual warfare and putting it to sexually revealing pictures of angels is wrong. Sin makes God's wrath (anger to the point of seeking revenge) burn against mankind and only because of His love does He hold back his anger. Yes, it is a very big deal and could cause young believers and unbelievers to stumble.

This is an excellant song, but it should be pointed out that there are christians out there that are extremely self conscious about their own bodies as well as how the bodies of others are depicted. I used to be that way a long time ago, but I have come to realize that being "semi-naked" is very much an american thing. Stuff like this in third world aboriginal countries wouldn't phase anyone. It is very much a matter of maturity, and education.
