What delight! What Humor! To speak of oneness, yet pretend the One on the platform is an "other", someone "else". You have brought a smile to this face, and memory of the smaller one the "I" is and is afraid to be.
Reports seem to indicate that Adi Da's daughter, Naamleela Free Jones is a likely candidate to take on the role of the 'Guru Murti', serving as the image of the Adi Da transmission.
..and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. II Thessalonians 3-4
nice message! For those that understand there is nothing that can dissuade them; and for those that do not understand there is nothing that can convince them....
We are all one. I have listened to Adi and he does speak the truth but by putting a man on a platform you make yourself small in comparison to him. He may realise the truth of oneness and you don't but thant that doesn't mean you should worship him. It is far better to understand for oneself and then you would talk to Adi as an equal.
There is only one true hierarchy that exists in the world and it is neither social or political in nature, rather, it is based on the spiritual development of an individual and this development can be tested for authenticity. A spiritual adept then has the ability to transmit their actual enlightened state to another if they are receptive and sensitive to the process. There is much more for you to understand, Adi Da has given talks on the egos refusal to accept this as a reality. Keep watching.
A ladder as a hierachy of higher and lower, no step is superior than the other. The ladder is made of the same thing all way to the stop.
Birds sings, sun shines, trees grow, thoughts think, where is the significance of an 'individual' guru (human form) in the vastness of this one whole universe?
@teamhumanity It's okay to be small, just have the courage to feel the smallness. The one that feel small or big or equal in comparison to "others" is the one that dies, the joy of this way is that ego-death can happen here and now, leaving only Reality Itself Is to live you. Then there is no fear, only bliss, That One does not die or claim any insecurity or advantage over the body-mind which inhere in It.
what do you mean? It appears to me that this person had the courage to be what he truly is and others followed him because they are in essence the same thing. they aren't worshipping him because he is above them. they are worshipping him because he is them. please understand. you are brahman

Ok, well, I'm answering my own question here.
Reports seem to indicate that Adi Da's daughter, Naamleela Free Jones is a likely candidate to take on the role of the 'Guru Murti', serving as the image of the Adi Da transmission.

There is no replacement for Adi Da. His Murti Form will serve in perpetuity and is not be be superseded by any devotee including Naamleela.......

Thanks for the inspiration, it's great to come back and watch this one again. Makes me want to paint again..
We should all be focusing on making beauty, and adding something sacred to our world, rather than filling it with intolerance and fear.

There is only Love, and Adi Da is living as that. 12 years around him and his students has taught me that from direct experience.
Thank you for posting this.
may all beings learn to love, and find peace and tolerance, not hate or fear what they don't understand.
