Ultimately, the highest service of a yoga teacher is to lead students to the "Satguru," the true teacher residing within their own heart. I honor Erich's humility as he describes himself stepping into this role as a guide to others. My experience leading "sahaja yoga" (self arising yoga) is that the students have to be seasoned enough to know how to listen to the "kavi" (whispering wisdom). It seems that first being established in meditation practice best supports this kind of movement.

Freeform classes are where I learned to be conscious of my OBEs, of my consciousness being in many places/environments simultaneously. I did not know it at the time, but this is what all that laying there with my wrap over my head was all about. I mean, I REALLY learned how to 'let go of where I thought I was supposed to be' and started surfacing in Wider Reality environments. The collective energy of the group was a catalyst- everyone was there to let go in one way or another. On purpose!
