that is amazing! I am just getting into modelling chocolate for some of my cake designs...i.e., things that need height (tree trunks)...I used fondant in past....always wilted...going to give MC a try! Thanks for sharing!
@Nasosdag I dont work whit these types of creations yet but i am educating atm, the chocolate sculpture is cold (as Ice :P) If you have ever buyed a shocolate sculpture in the stores as i have they take some to melt i dont know the real reason but i quess the add some stuffs :P Bad english i know :P
