Quick question, is it normal for the low back to round like it did slightly in the video? I have a tendency to do that (stretching atm to try and fix it) but just wondering if its considered "safe"

hello, how are you supposed to keep your lower back straight when you reach parallell?
I tend to round my back when i reach about 2 inches above parallell. if I flex my back hard and lift my chest up, I can only reach 2-3 inches above parallell..
@BROZKNOWS How do you warm up for mega lifts like this? Does that buttwink as i've just seen it called or pelvic rollunder cause you any pain? I want to start going 'ass to grass' for maximum leg improvement but could that damage me as my body does the above automatically

@tabasdezh the innermost green plate is 50 kg, the red and blacks are 25kg, the yellow is 15 kg.......... 50+25+25+25+25+15 = 165 x 2 = 330 + 20 kg of the olympic bar = 350 kg.
i have a question. do oly lifters bounce of the bottom because they are flexible? i mean i dont feel like i can bounce from the bottom when i use heavy weight, and its not that i dont go deep but not as deep as an ATG bounce. i wish i could but i'm afraid of injury. maybe it will improve with fleixabllity? i regulary do strecthes and have been improving my lower body flexabillity a lot lately
@JustBetter10 its better to go deep because the tension is placed on the hamstrings, more fibers are used, and it saves your knees. deep squats also command high respect in my opinion

Strong bastard! Unique style though, really speeding up at the end of the downward movement, I guess to increase the stretch reflex. Than he seems to hit a sticking point halfway up. Maybe lockouts are a good idea and/or bottom squats? My squat really benefited from this.
