  • World Internet Authority is a domain buying company. They wait for your domain name to expire, then they buy it out from under you, then force you to pay a lot of money for it. Check out squk.com

  • it is about real deal they want real info. with proper ip adresses so they can catch people that dont pay taxes, criminls, ect...

internet makes people cluster in there homes making them stupid and less interested in this world order that you talk about.. make em less sociall to real life realities.. an interversion so they can do what they want... and this is global..

internet is good make sure it does not control u....

  • This was made over a year ago. Can you do an update Monty, and let us know if you've found anything else by now? thanks.

  • I believe it. And they can have it. I don't need the internet, especially if we have to give up personal legal info to use it. Thanks Monty

  • Oh hey, it's August 4th. How things going?

  • Its bullshit. If this happened, then people would switch from the world wide web to another system. The internet isn't owned by anyone, but the world wide web is and the telephone companies do have some control over many of the communication lines.

  • Dude that's a LOT to go through. Sucks to be you! Just make it easier for everyone. Send them your account # Pin # and the 3 little numbers on the back of you bank card and they will take care of everything FOR you. AND if you have any money left at the end of the day cal ME!!!

  • Its a scam for to take your donations for them self's. Just more people trying to get your donations. There is no World Internet Authority a scam trying to get your information to take your stuff or sell your identity. Good you asked internet for web pages, laws are under the sight you are paying for. The internet is owned by the Military all tho they will never admit it.

  • It's just a joke/scam. Its so blatantly obvious.

  • Also, Obama has been trying to pass a bill to grant him FULL control over the Internet lately, cannot remember the number, but google it and it will likely pop up. This is not a hoax. This would mean he could turn it off and on whenever he feels like it, or keep it dead altogether if he chose. Or, allow only sites he approves of. Or even authorize government spying too. This would affect the entire world, too, not just the US, as we will become the NWO sometime very, very soon... No joke.

  • They, the NWO, are afraid of the internet because it is the ONLY free information source which, for the most part, does not lie and where people can still find the truth, about them, their history and their bullshit. And we are, which is why they want to severely restrict its use. They want to regulate it and basically abolish all truth from it, so that you can only go to sites they approve of, full of propaganda and lies. Just like they have been doing in our schools for years now. Believe it.

  • The provided links lead to a page that only allows you to donate money. No other info whatsoever.

  • probably another secret. dont worry. just tell them as soon as barry sotoro, i mean, barack obama, shows his birth certificate, you'll show yours.

    what is internet II??

    i' dumb too

  • likely a Hoax as someone tries to get "donations" to get your PayPal data.

Report them to PayPal and GoDaddy

  • Hello, Just block the IP and dont provide any information to them. Its for sure a fisher ! There are others like this that send fake invoices, threats etc., just save the stats and if they send invoices save them for reference. Do NOT pay them :)

  • i love your voice

  • ur first NORMAL video i have seen about u, good job

  • its normal cuz he feels threaten

  • its uhm hoax there is no commercials on the t.v. saying anything and when we go on our computers we would have the right to know i guess we will just have to wait and see

  • Sounds like a copmlete load of shit to me.

Do you think all countries have systems of birth certificates driving licences ni nums or social security nums because they dont its complete nonsense ignore it.

  • I cant access the link nothing loads.

  • its fake u can tell that it is buy the date its fake and if it has an ip u should basicly search them up and then if it says something and its just one person its fake it probably is fake

  • has to be BS....old people will get screwed by it.

  • these links are not woking properly

  • not just the links the web addresses cant be accessed

  • You were reverse dnsing the nameservers. akaimatechnologies scares people as well. As for your site being downloaded, google "winhttrack". I recommend downloading wireshark and reading about packet information. The people you really have to worry about are the people who don't show up.

  • I say hoax. Probably trying to steal information. Hoax.

  • jews are taking over

  • YES indeed Internet2 will Hit the Market VERY Soon

  • thats DPI

    deep packet inspection

    google it

  • Its a credit card/identity theft scam.. albeit an elaborate one, Russians are pretty much exempt from being extradited to the US for this sort of crime, and it is rampant over there, so.. don't worry.. be happy, this time its a steaming load.

  • OK i have viewed the source code on the site and it is very very simple probably some collage kids

  • there is no set way to have a website so that being said you don't have to have the links on the bottom of the page to be legit that's not a reason to dismiss it as a hoax but also it should be investigated more

  • It's a hoax. Probably some idiots who are trying to steal some internet users' IDs. Anyways, at the bottom of one of the pages it says "If any person, child, plant, computer, alien, rock, reptile, insect, amphibian, machine, (undecipherable), avatar, company, business, or thing is found to have used info from this site, they or it will be reported to the World Internet Authority..." Many of those things don't even use the internet. I'm pretty sure my dog doesn't have a Myspace.

  • My guess is it's crap.. because if it was a internetlaw thing surley it would have a huge homepage..?

  • u have pretty eyes

  • Well, thanks!

  • i think its a hoax, because there is no contact button, or links page, so we could read more about it, its just a pic.. but i dont know what ill belive, man this is some weird stuff..

  • It may not be legit since it has a ".com" but the other one is ".org" so i'm really not sure. But the lack of information may suggest that it is a hoax. That's just what i think.

  • Dude we need to investigate this our self. I think you should ask the geek squad to help you. Get back to us so we know whats going on. I support you in finding out whats going on if you still can't I suggest going to the last people I would tell you to see the police and or FBI.

  • It's a pile Monty. Your wasting your time on this one. If these guys were for real. They wouldn't be using godaddy as their host. If anything they are hoping to build an image / presence that will eventually sell as an internet security entity. They have some real competition with the NWO. LOL

  • Registrant: World Intellectual Property Protection Organization 14 Gilbert Crescent Castle Hill, Queensland 4810 Australia

  • Blame Canada it's our National holiday. lol

  • July 4th is a Major Satanic Holiday. That's all I know.

  • also check out... endoftheinternet . com

  • Its a scam. Internet 2.0 is on its way out, not enough financial support. Anyone can buy a domain if it is available. Godaddy has a way you can buy a domain and then register it so you can not see who owns it.

  • sounds like a hoax to me they can't do that it would be on the news if it was real but i don't think it's the real deal because it's not fair and more and more websites would be crashing.

  • It's a hoax. You would have to have a world government before you could have such requirements for an internet license. You see, most people in the world don't have American drivers licenses.

  • you sound like a human just discovering the internet.

  • you should check out his site...he has alot of vids(great ones I might add)and

he is asking about a legal inquiry.can you qoute the entire book of law?

  • identify and control is how it goes. play both sides. know your enemy, it's like boiling a frog. Is it fake? sure, every good fighter throws a few fakes before delivering the knockout. Nothing new under the sun.

  • Net-neutrality, that is what it completly sounds like.

  • CAN you say Net-neutrality.

  • hey man its a hoax fashow. look at the world internet law site and click on world internet law. at the bottom it says if any human person child animal plant computer alien rock reptile insect etc they will report you. see fo yo self bitches.

  • Sounds like a phishing scam.Don't send them shit.

  • Seems like BS... I only needed 2 forms of ID to borrow 150k for my house. 5 forms...bleh.

  • wow.. this sounds like a scam to me so they can steal your identity and steal your money etc..

  • I agree with witterquickly.....anything that would mention bacteria and/or animals would surely be looked upon as a hoax. Now, that doesn't mean that W.I.P.P.O. is not existing, but from what I've researched, it isn't as extreme as that one website tries to make it seem. To be on the safe side though, I always take everything with a grain of salt, so when the Truth manifests, one will not be 100% inaccurate if that was the case.

Thans for the information though. and keep up the videos.

  • Reading the bottom part of the page that mentions 1st July, I'd assume this was a hoax - talks about amphibians, aliens, rocks, bacteria etc... meh, hoax I'd assume

  • I think it's a hoax. I'm not one who knows more than you but I think it would have been in the media more if it were so right?

I watch your show in the morning before work over breakfast with my Kitty Shoogie.

  • Im here to help bro. If it is not a hoax and it is real... The we pull a July 4th.

  • Comment removed

  • YASHRN!

  • it is a hoax, just a new nigerian scam, it is probably ran by nigerians, which explains all the errors and inconsistencies in the website. it is only a threat to anyone who sends them information, they will get robbed

  • i say we use up this assh*les site, there is an auto refresh macro that refreshes every 5 sec, use it to use up theyre bandwith, if they block ur ip and u dont have static unplug and replug ur modem (changes IP) and keep doing it!!!

  • What will the Govt DO with those MILLIONS of pesky HACKERS??? SO MUCH FOR INTERNET 2.... LOL.... never happen and if it did then you would see a REAL REVOLUTION.

  • i was looking at this website and its not a hoax but im looking into it somemore???

  • Some guy named Jeff Geaney from Queensland, Australia.

  • I don't know what this is about, but internet 2 is not a hoax. Can anyone really be shocked that government or service providers want to regulate the net. The gov. cause they like to control info, and the service providers so you have a tv like package, with access to a certain amount of sites(in that package), while all other sites will cost extra, simple.

  • This is not what you think it is. This is a proposed verification network. You join this network to show your customers that you are ligit. Nowhere does it say that you have to register with the "World Internet" whatever in order to sell anything online.

I am not going to have any subscritions left.

  • Dude, it's a total hoax! I checked out those links and they look completely bogus to me. I think someone is just having some fun.

  • the internet 2 has two be a hoax

  • Monta, it could be a law website archiving popular Youtubers videos, that's all.

    Rock on !

  • Well that sucks socks. I posted last night after spending about 3 hours sreaching for ya and it didnt post. I came up with the same info as the rest. I traced nothing to the UN and I did a good search of that sight. The site you posted was creepy and it took you no where. I wouldnt trust the UN but I think this is a hoax. Sorry Youtube didnt post my post....

  • save us monty

  • I DON'T SEE HOW an ANIMAL or thing purchase a "world internet license" if there is even a world internet license???

  • seems like the day of freedom of speech being taken away is much sooner than i thought

  • haha , ok first of this is a scam and do you know what this is called ? its called Human Manipulation and Social Engineering to rip people off to get pero info on you and run those number in your bank account bro ! I'm a retiered Human Manipulation and Social Engineering nerde and people are just plain stupid with thier personal info with internet, phones, garage, friends ect... Be careful because a good one playing the role with you will get what he wants trust me.

  • No, they will not! I would much rather lose my "World Internet Use" than to pony up my info to any Dumb Ass!

  • that its a hoax thay talk about plants an E.T. ITS A HOAXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

  • its says at the bottom that is 'any alien, child etc duplicates or copies' its fake because aliens arent real and dont you think it would be on the news if it was

  • usenext!!!!!!!!!!

  • Location of the IP address

  • Okay Monty, dont be afraid, I checked the webiste out, while it may look somewhat authentic, It has HORRIBLE grammar...it's definitely a fake.

  • My site is 20 gigs. It has been downloaded many times over. I pay for bandwidth. I can't track where it went with the help of my hosting company. Start making up bullshit ID's.

  • Whois shows some guy in Australia. All of his domains are registered through godaddy.

Interesting that he has chosen to mimic legitimate acronyms/domains.

WINNA - ICANN Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers

WIPPO - WIPO World Intellectual Property Organization

I'd be on the lookout for a scam of some sort coming your way Monty.

  • PipeBundle, well not now because all of you cats have informed myself and others of this potential BS!!! You guys are the Best in the West and my Mommy, loves you! :)

  • looks like BS to me.

If they are gonna censor the internet im sure we will have at least a small warning from are corporate masters.

  • Monty, this is bs. the IANA, IETF & W3 consortium "own" the Internet. just google these 3 acronyms, or do a search for "world internet authority".

I am not sure what the site you've found is trying to pull - but it sure as hell DOES NOT own the Internet - nor have any authority over it.

BTW, if they threw a spider (like WinHTTrack) on your site, you could return the favor & mine the data off their site to find out more.

  • First, they will come for the patriots.

Just because you are paranoid, that does not mean they are NOT out to get you.

Nothing to worry about, move along now.

  • Scam. Does anyone remember those companies several years back that were using malware to hijack peoples browser address bar, then calling up companies to convince them if they wanted keywords in there "alternate" dns service for those infected with their "virus" that they had to pay them as well. I think someone is just taking this same idea and trying to act legit with those dumb symbols and names to scare people in handing out their personal and credit info to ROB them.

  • it's a hoax.

  • i certainly hope its a hoax

  • "World Intellectual Property Protection Organizatio" owns about 1,040 other domains.

    Created: 07 feb 2007

there the info , look like a scam but don't have time to dig in more but Google map had me laughing.

    Scam From Down under :p

    No Fear =)

  • endellion. me. uk/info/Kintiskton. html

    its about the same people.

take the spaces out of the link =)

  • That seems to be what others are saying as well! Hmm, well thtis is why I asked the people because I was not sure and wanted a professional, objective view/s! Thanks

  • "If any human, person, child, animal, plant, computer, alien or thing is found to have used information from this site..."

    Doesen't seem to serious.

  • Incidentally, I've built spiders that can download sites very quickly. As computer programs go, they're very trivial. Beginner programmers can write them. It's nothing to worry about except that, if it gets out of hand, you may have to pay extra for the bandwidth use.

  • It's me Monty. I'm just fucking wit ya.

  • It is not! ahahahah That would be funny though!

  • This is a hoax, it doesn't even look real. What a fake website. Maybe it's worth doing a Who Is of the domain.

  • I did that. What creeped me out is that they downloaded my entire site in a very short period of time!

  • THANKS MONTY this is something weird for sure, your commenters say a hoax. i will keep my fingers crossed either way

  • It is false, My friend. It is a hoax.

  • monty i have located some co-conspirators. i went to jesus is savior d0t c0m, and saw a link to "devil music", which of course i immediately clicked. read up some about ozzy, freddy mercury and bon scott. then i saw a big 666 banner, was a hidden link, which of course i immediately clicked. this took me to a whole page of dowloadable midi and mp3 files of devil screams, satanic waltzes, and the like. i am sure these jesus people are connected to the NO WORLD ORDER WINNA people. it's dakine cult.

  • BUT GREAT JOB MONTAGRAPH. We have to weed threw the bullshit ALL AMERICANS HAVE TO BECOME DETECTIVES. THE True is right in front of our eyes we just have to get off our ass's and investigate this stuff out. Take nothing a face value Truth is Power Peace people and i will leave you with a quote from a great american

He who knows nothing is closer to the truth than he whose mind is filled with falsehoods and errors. THOMAS JEFFERSON

  • This is a false web page. There is however a World Intellectual Property Organization that is part of the UN. Thier goal is identifying

intellectual property-based solutions. basicly in simple terms they want to stop the free downloading of copyrighted files. At least this is what the the 2008/2009 budget for WIPO. So although the web page is false I believe WIPO needs to be looked at.

  • thanks java your my guy ;) as always

  • looks like hes mimicking world intellectual property organization for some hoax and or future scam

  • Its rubbish Monty, some moron with too much time on his hands playing games. Probably a good source of virus and child pornography downloads.

  • Terms like, human alien, and World internet police give this away to be not real. Some kind of staged drama or game.

If there was an organization with the power to initiate such laws on a world level they would not call them selves the World Internet police. And the sites overall look is not at like one would expect from a gov. or even secret gov. agency. Conspiracy theories are fun and often valid but this one is a stretch in my opinion

  • looks like a hoax or a scam to me. and if it is real its not exactly hard to hide your ip address and make yourself untraceable. i've been permanantly banned from youtube at least 4 times and yet i'm still here XD

  • This is bullshit ..It's a joke ..Read the description / disclaimer at the bottom of the "World Internet Law" page/section ..It states : " ....and can not be copied or duplicated in any way or form.If any human , person , child , animal , plant computer , alien or thing , is found to have used information from this site ....." blah blah blah blah ...This is way to silly ..

    A "child , animal , plant , alien " ..give me a break ..

  • That is so fake

  • As a member of the intel community I can tell you that it's the real deal. You are now in the "system" and on their radar. Have a nice day.

  • Yawn, and so are they!

  • "So are they" means what?

  • Once I was chatting with someone in the United Arab Emirates and mentioned my mail address with my own URL. Next day in the logs I've seen her provider scanned the entire website including the hidden files and it wasn't her.

About WINNA I guess it is a hoax.

  • I had a look at the page's source code - it's really really week for something that is "official" - so in short i think it's a hoax thingie

and if ToS isn't constitutional toward Plants, aliens or Things? wow what are we going to tell Ben Grimm? Man! he isn't going to be happy when he hears about this

  • Judging by the wording on the site, I'd say it was a joke. But I'm not so sure.

  • Im just being a smart @ss Monte...Hmmm or am I??? You know you have been doing those NWO tutorials, perhaps you have awakened the all seeing eye and they have you on their radar now. Maybe you are on the red list now and like one of the videos you said with the monopoly card, maybe you have a one way ticket on the FEMA train coming...

  • Monte, this instance is bull...I may make a video or mail you later on what is actually going on...there is something going on with this, but it is not what you think.

  • I truly appreciate your emails and many other technical types seem to believe as you! However, there are a few that are digging deeper and finder other affiliate information which is very interesting to say the least! I will do an update video in the future to state how the Smart Techies on the subject!

  • Little tidbit I failed to mention in the mails...Back in 1999 when I first found that site much in the same way you did, the date listed for activation was July 2000...The geeks are updating that activation date every year.

  • I think its a hoax it says

wippo canot be copied in any way or form if any human, person, child, animal plant is found to have used this information from this site they or it will be reported to the world internet authoirty

  • This DNS name is registered with Godaddy. That web page is hosted by Godaddy servers. Registrant: World Intellectual Property Protection Organization 14 Gilbert Crescent Castle Hill, Queensland 4810 Australia

thats who it is registered to ....I have to go but i will check into it some more tonight

  • i found this

    worldlawdirect . com /forum/internet-law/

    remove the spaces

  • i don't know, i guess we'll see

  • So whats the consensus Monty. What kinda feedback did you get besides what I see here on your thread?

    Thx...

  • A butt load of emails! Still going through them all!~

  • It's a joke.

"If any heman, person, child, animal, plant, computer, alien or thin is found to have used information from this site, they or it will be reported to the World Internet Authority (WIA) where they will have their World Internet privileges terminated indefinitely and will be black listed from all use of the World Internet."

    "aliens!" LOL

  • Yeah, I noticed that too. Plus, the "Copyright 1998-2009" thing seems a little weird as well. Also, if you try to click on the circle at the top, it doesn't work like the other bullet points do. Then there's the overall page design, which looks like it was done by an eighth grader. Bottom line, if it looks fake then it probably is.

  • Please post the IP address you have or PM it '

    Dave

  • Here is one of the ones right here 65.208.151.116

  • I did a whois on the domain names and they both came back to someone in Castle Hill, Queensland Australia

  • My bed would be viral marketing for a new game that's coming out. They've done some real creative things in the past like this, including fake UFO pictures, etc.

  • when i was younger, i was so bored, i made one of those hoax pages too.. something stupid about mixing all races for world peace and weird things like that, just impress with professional language... only to see if people will believe it or not. and all believed it and commented "cool what you are doing, world racemixing organisation.. peace!"

the words "We are the Future" on one of those pages remembered me, on my own stupid hoax i did once.

i would not take it serious.

  • Okay, look at the info they have above the copyright on the WINNA page. It mentions if plants, aliens, or things use anything on this site, they will be blacklisted. This is clearly fake, as no respectable organization would openly talk about plants and aliens. Also, most "GOV" websites go out of their way to look comfortable and trusting... these series of sites look cold and poorly made. It is fake.

  • Yeesh Monty! I thought i was the only one having probs like that. I had a chemtrail website thats been up for ages...now it's been taken down.

My secondary chemmie site is still up and running. I had a ufo site and it's been hacked. ISP trace says it's from the US.

I lost a 6000.00 computer due to this haching from a US isp and am now on a new laptop..and PISSED.

Now with your info today, it seems like the new world order scumbags are prepping for something major.

  • im gonna have to say this is a hoax. if not it would be all over the media like the deadline for analog tv. a WORLD authority? whos policing that? id have to say it would be big news considering that date is rapidly approaching. great video man, i like when you vlog.

  • Really? Well, we know 911 was an inside job but the media really doesn't grip on to that reality, now does it. It could be the case that the same thing applies here.

  • the difference is this internet law thing is something that is going to have to come to light eventually and people are going to have to know about it if its true.

  • they saw your videos monty. now theyre building a dossier on you. RUN TO THE CAVE RIGHT NOW!........lol

  • Nah, I am not thinking that at all! Plus, do caves have internet access>? lol

  • The fact that they would "require" a credit card, SSN, and Birth certificate screams major scam. It's a bunch of shit. Don't even worry about it. It's right up there with the Nigerian Banks want to give you money. What a joke.

  • Im with you I have no idea, let us know if someone lets you know.

  • the day i have tender a birth certificate, credit card, etc for internet use, is the day i go dark and unplug the net altogether. i echo methadone4life's comment, so much BS out there just takes away from serious investigations- maybe it is a ploy to discredit everything, or not- but that's what happens. peace

  • scary

  • for what it's worth, the freebie sites i visit say "go-daddy" is a host for many spam sites.

like you--i tried looking this up on whois,samspade..etc and get nothing.

very interesting, will have to dig a lil deeper on that ;-)

  • imo, these folks are going to use the brand "World Internet" to provide some sort of certification to the websites they approve. It's nothing more than this. Regarding the download of websites they are very probably datamining for a potential customers' survey. Maybe you'll receive a mail by them offering this (useless) service. Just a guess, anyway.

  • Just most outrageous BS from those who want to get the conspiracy hounds barking yet again. As you remember,I used to be a pretty big conspiracy guy myself and they do exist but nowhere near the scale of what some believe. I am just so tired of all the conspiracy stuff..there is so many BS conspiracy theories out there that no one can tell the real conspiracy or no longer pay any attention to them(like 9-11,Kennedy etc.). I think we should always be vigilant but wary...too many kooks out there.

  • Just MORE...not Just Most..LOL. Sorry..trying to get within the stupid comment limit. Peace bro.

  • I got you, but I figured that I would ask the brilliants if they could do their thing and help a guy out to figure out if this is for real!

  • Looks like a hoax. As far as your entire site being downloaded, there are programs that can do this very easily. May have been some just looking for things you had hidden on your site. ie: no links to. Or maybe you had some cool coding they wanted to copy. I wouldn't worry about it.

  • I dunno . . . I clicked on the third one (pulsating), it basically went to a dead end screen. Then when I tried to back up, I could not. My screen froze and ultimately went back to desktop on its own. Probably a coincidence but I'm not going back to find out. I've had enough viruses, etc., in the past.

  • i think its BS. i clicked all the icons. #2 & #3 went to useless pages, and #1 didnt go anywhere. if these guys were the masters of the internet, i would think they would have their shit together a little better than that.

  • Yeah, you would think! I mean I wouldn't give a shit but when the I.P. addresses downloaded my entire site in a short amount of time, that in itself concerns me!!!

  • very strange...

  • Nice to see ya again Monty old mate....I think its the whole Y2K doomsday thing all over again mate....I wouldnt be too concerned bud...cheerz and beerz......

  • hoax.

  • Nothing will happen....Zion has intentionally crippled the world's financial system to encourage genocide in Africa........The big fish frying right now is israels' planned nuclear attack on Iran.....After Famine,Disease and Holocaust wipe out 2/3 of the African population.....The Empire will move into Africa to capitalize and exploit its resources......impossible to do right now in the current political enviornment...2012 dear Brother !

  • i posted it to more of my 700 friends on myspace. hope we can get more clarifications about this. thanks monta for the good job waking people up!

  • My comment didn't post, so check your Youtube inbox.

For others reading this, I did a quick search on WIL spelled out and ran into a blog by a Jan Chilton - Internet NetNews. Then I did a find because the web page is huge, and I found WIL spelled out in one article.

Based on this article alone, it looks to be real, and WIL apparently trumps US Copywrite laws according to the article. Realestate agents are losing websites using the term "MLS".

  • For the commercial use of the I-net, member-states, patent & piracy linked .... sounds like the real deal here. the thing that gets me the most is the symbols use, blow up the logo of the WIPO site:
