Folding QQ after a 3-bet and two-all ins with the initial raiser still to act is not necessarily a bad play though I wouldn't have done it at that stage in the tournament. If this wasn't Zynga donk poker, one could easily be up against AA/KK in that situation and even if not, the sheer number of callers (with potential more) is quite risky.
