Hm, the blue part allows her to charge her eye laser, and the hazel part allows her to fire quick bursts of laser, while the other eye shoots quickly due to mostly hazel or brown.

Hi there :) My son`s right eye is brown on the bottom and blue on the top...the left eye is all blue :)....it was so cute in school when he or friends would draw his pic...or do a poll of how many kids have blue eyes,brown eyes, green eyes...or is his case..3/4 blue & 1/4 brown :)...When people use to ask him why he had two different colored eyes...he would tell them "because I`m special !" lol

its and eyecondition called sectorial heterochromia..... its pretty rare and i think doctors should tell stuff like that! i had to find out on my own that my eye conditions were called heterochromia and coloboma :/

Though most of us have multiple larger than normal birth marks...
