@tjizzle12386 rugby is nowhere near the same as football. thats an overused and incorrect comparison. people in the nfl are faster, stronger, and hit harder. pads are meant to protect your vitals, it still absorbs the shock from a hit and transfers it to you so its the same impact but its dispersed, not directed towards your head, bones, etc.

@DukeBall2016 The same reason they can't swim or powerlift at an elite level, they are actually weaker than whites and asians, but they are faster runners...not better jumpers either, really just fast. Our bodies are different. But the olympic running events are another LEVEL of running. You could be a shitty olympian sprinter, and keep up with 90% of the NFL's fastest. Barry Sanders wasn't that fast...get the hint? Football requires alot more.
