I mean dont get me wrong I absolutly LOVE Declan, I think he is beyond sexy, and extremely talented. But i feel like his concerts would be super boring. Just because almost all his fans dont speak english, and its not like his songs are ment to be on a upbeat stage, he has the softer, sexy, passionate songs. I think he actually still can. He's 17 now, but there's a video of him when he's 15 and singing "An Angel" live (I think). It still sounds like his 12 year old version. Apparently, he's very good at manipulating his voice (something I read).

Declan is much mature than his age, and seasoned on stage; Love his voice (all 3 stages-- young, teen and now), so unique!

REgarding his look, when he's in casual wears he looks very young, even younger than people his age. But when he's on stage he often wears vest, long-sleeved shirt and jeans, which makes him look more mature. About his others (attitude, personality...) i guess...yes he's more mature than his actual age. ^^
