Anyone know what tune is being whistled in this clip? The ad council has used it in former ad in the 90's. I emailed multiple people associated with their production department and none of them could help me with regard to this tune.

The song being whistled is called Happy as Larry from the CD Cheeze. We found out through the PSA website. I had heard it used in an episode of No Reservations as well. It is published through Extreme Music. You can listen to it on their website.
